Sontronics DM-1B

Stormembransmikrofon til basstromme. The DM-1B is a large-diaphragm, end-fire condenser microphone that has been designed specifically to capture and reproduce the various characteristics of a kick drum: the beater click, the heavy thump, the boomy decay and so on. It has a switchable -15dB pad that allows the microphone to deal with a whopping 155dB, and its sturdy build plus the aluminium flightcase mean it will perform equally well in the studio and in live applications. The DM-1B and our other drum mics were all tested to destruction before launch, by various session drummers, live musicians and producers, including Flood (U2, Killers, Arctic Monkeys) who found that the DM-1B also gives excellent results on bass instruments, especially bass guitar cabs.
